     Here we will cover payment, shipping, liabilities, and returns. We strive to make every effort possible to accept payment and ship out in a timely manner.
 
Payment
 
     We accept payment via PAYPAL, either with a credit card, funds available or their e-check service. Paypal is safe, secure and easy. You can use them even if you just want to do a single transaction without setting up a permanent account. It is also one of the most preferred methods of making payments on-line. Note: It is helpful to process your order more quickly if you click on go back to merchant  tab at the end of your payment on Pay Pal. If you don't, it's not a big deal but it may cause a minor delay. We do accept Checks & Money Orders see details below under "Currency"
 
Currency
 
     All currency is in U.S. Dollars, including shipping charges. Credit Cards will be billed in U.S. Dollars. If paying with a Check or Money Order you need pay in U.S. Dollars, and be aware that items will not ship until funds have cleared. Make checks and Money orders out to Fantasy Gallery Art and send to our address listed below. Please, email us your order prior to sending any money, in order for us to send you an invoice with the total cost of your order. Please state your shipping preference. U.S. Priority mail is preferred. Send your Emails to: orders@fantasygalleryart.com or use our contact us form in order to place your order. Make sure you provide your valid email address or we won't be able to contact you.
 
Back Order Items
 
     Sometimes, an item will be listed as on "Back Order". Usually this will mean that we do not currently have an item in our store, however, we are usually able to obtain one. The period in which we are able to obtain one may vary from a couple of days to a couple months. If you are interested in a back order item please inquire of us and we will keep in contact with you to let you know when the item becomes available again.  Some Limited editions may become sold out, so be sure not to delay if you wish to purchase one of these items.
 
     It might be possible, due to the nature of supply and demand, that an item may be placed on back order. If this is the case we will contact you in regard to the back ordered item.  We will notify you, on back ordered items, of how long of a delay it will be for us to get the item in again. You will then have the choice of whether or not to wait for the item, use the credit toward an in stock item or get the money refunded to you. We do appologize for any inconvenience.

Payments, Shipping and Returns
Shipping cost and method
 
     Fantasy Gallery Art prefers to use USPS DHL & UPS. We ship Ground, 1st class or Priority mail etc. This is usually about $1.65 - $19.00 on average and includes postage, packaging, and handling costs. Most orders the shipping paid helps cover insurance for your package. Some free shipping items may not get insurance. Domestic and Most international orders can & are now insured. Please, contact us if you want to make sure your order is insured.  Most times shipping charged covers cost of insurance too. Please, contact us for a quote ot to verify your order is insured.Fantasy Gallery Art is not responsible for any damages or loss that can occure once your order has been shipped. This is why we offer insurance on your behalf. Please see details under damages. Shipping/Postage for out of the United States are about $6.00 to $19.00 on average. These shipping costs may vary due to weight, shape, distance etc. but we will contact you prior if your order will require additional postage to be paid. Our International shipping checkout is based on average costs & not based on the distance to every country in the world. See check out for final average shipping cost. Also, we would like to say, we are not in to trying to make a lot of money on the shipping, so if your order's shipping cost to us is much less than what you were charged we will refund you most of the difference.Likewise, if your shipping comes out a bit more than what you were charged we'll cover the minor difference. The reason for this is that we carry such a variety of items that differ from price, weight, size, shape etc. that it is very hard to get the system to calculate all these different variables perfectly. We don't wish to burden you with unnecessary shipping and handling costs for your beautiful item(s) you wish to acquire.  So, if you have any concern about your shipping cost please feel free to contact us and we will make sure your shipping cost is correct and fair.
 
International shipments:
 
   Note: International orders are handled on a case by case basis and are shipped via USPS. Please be aware we cannot accept liability for internarional shipments once they leave the USA. If you wish to add insurance for an additional cost, please contact us when placing your order and we will send you an invoice for the additional cost if any.
 
Processing of in stock orders is usually within 24 - 72 hrs; but may vary due to seasonal demand or special events but this is minimal. We will try to post it here if there is a delay for a given week.
 
Returns
 
If not completely satisfied, Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us prior to shipping the item back, so we expect the item to arrive. All items must be shipped prepaid, with insurance. Any damages on the return of your item are your responsibility.  We will refund you the cost of the item less a 20% restocking fee, but not the cost of the shipping paid. Your refund will be returned in the same fashion in that which you paid. If you paid via Credit card, we will refund your credit card. If you paid by Paypal, we will refund your Paypal account, etc.
 
Damages

     We do make every effort to make sure that all items are in new, undamaged condition before they're shipped. We package each order carefully, to ensure safe delivery of your items. We now offer insurance for a minimal fee for domestic and International orders if shipping paid is not enough to cover it. Fantasy Gallery Art can not and does not accept liability for damaged or lost items once they're shipped. This is why we offer to provide insurance on your behalf to protect your orders. We are not responsible for items that were not insured or requested to be insured once they have been shipped. Fantasy Gallery Art is not responsible for any damages & losses that can occure during delivery. This is why in most cases insurance is offered and will be purchased on your behalf, if the amount of handling will cover the fee and our costs. We will submit a claim on your behalf once you have contacted us regarding a damaged item or order. The claim process by our 3rd party insurer usually takes about 4 to 8 weeks. You'll be asked to fax them a signed statement as to the dame or loss claim. Sometimes pictures are requested but not all the time. Hold on to all packaging and boxes. If you don't provide this portion of the claim process your claim will be denied. Once your claim is settled you can get a replacement for the damaged item/s, if they're still available or get the cost of the item as store credit toward another item. No cash refund available for damaged or loss claimed items. In most cases you'll get to keep the damaged item too. If you want to make sure your order will be insured please contact us via email at orders@fantasygalleryart.com at the time of your order, to make sure enough funds have been paid to cover your insurance. If you choose not to contact us to verify insurance, then you accept complete liability for the items being shipped if not insured. The cost of insurance in most cases can be as low as $1.80.
 
     (Please, inspect your order within 24 Hrs of receiving it. If the shipment was insured please contact us and the delivery carrier immediately to make a claim. Save all packaging materials, you may need to take them to the carrier when making a claim. Please, also contact us if you make a claim so that we can be prepared to assist you in any way we can.)
 
     If an item arrives damaged  you must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. Please, include specific details of the damage that occurred to the item. Please, do not return any item to us prior to contacting us first.
 
 
Lowest price match policy.
 
     We are commited to giving you the finest fantasy art items at the most affordable prices. If you can find the same item somewhere else for less including the shipping, except on auction, we will match it as long as we don't take a loss. Just email us the website for verification. This offer wont be combined with any other specials we may have running. Feel free to contact us with any questions. (This does not apply to closed or retired pieces)
 
Taxes
 
     California residents pay 7.75% on the total purchase price including the shipping and handling.

     We do not see any credit card information that is used through Paypal and is therefore secure.
     If you e-mail us, do not email any credit card information. We only use email to communicate with you regarding your order, respond to your submissions and to notify you of any specials, new releases, new products or changes to our website. You can always email us and ask to be removed from our e-mail list at anytime. We do not share our e-mail list with anyone and will never sell your information.
